Telecalling Executive - PCD Pharma Franchise & 3rd Party Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team at Biobrick Pharma, based in Chandigarh. This full-time, office-based position focuses on communication with distributors, stockists, and pharmaceutical companies to promote our PCD Pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and pharma firms to promote products and services.
• Communicate details about product range, monopoly rights, pricing structures, and company advantages.
• Generate leads and pursue them through various channels including calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and follow-up progress.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to finalize orders.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting client relationships.

Prerequisites and Skills

• Preferably female candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience, especially in PCD Pharma or third-party manufacturing telecalling roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Confidence, politeness, and the ability to persuade during calls.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and formulations.
• Capability to address objections effectively and close sales leads.
• Proficient in MS Excel and fundamental computer usage.

Compensation and Benefits

• A fixed monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 26,000 INR, supplemented by performance-based incentives.
