Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to handle Private Car Insurance policy renewals. This role involves contacting existing clients to remind them of their policy expiry, offering renewal options, and ensuring smooth processing of renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to current customers for renewing their Private Car Insurance policies.
- Develop rapport and notify customers about their impending policy expiration dates.
- Assess customer needs to suggest optimal renewal packages.
- Send premium quotes via WhatsApp, email, or SMS as appropriate.
- Continuously follow up to convert prospects into confirmed renewals.
- Collaborate with operations to facilitate issuance of renewed policies.
- Keep detailed call logs and regularly update the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly renewal sales objectives while providing excellent customer service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Effective verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to manage calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for maintaining customer data.
- Basic understanding of Private Car Insurance policies and renewals.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
