Job description
Role Overview and Duties
This position involves handling voice-based processes primarily focused on telesales and telecollections. The job operates on a day shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and requires working from the office premises. Employees will receive a fixed day off on Sundays and two Saturdays off in a month.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The gross monthly salary ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹27,000, supplemented by attractive incentive schemes.
Candidate Profile
The role is open to candidates who have completed undergraduate or graduate education. The ideal applicant should possess between 6 months and 1 year of relevant tele sales or telecollection experience. Language preferences include North Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu.
