About the Role

Aye Finance is hiring a Customer Service Team Lead for its Gurgaon, Sector 44 office. In this position, you will guide the customer support function, strengthen day-to-day service operations, and ensure the team delivers a consistently high-quality customer experience. The role suits someone who brings strong people leadership, a structured approach to processes, and exposure to financial services, especially NBFC or banking environments.

What You Will Do

  • Guide, coach, and encourage a team of Customer Service Executives so they can consistently deliver strong support to customers.
  • Track team output on daily service metrics, including SLA compliance, productivity, quality, response turnaround, and customer satisfaction.
  • Make sure work practices follow company policies, RBI rules, compliance requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Run regular team meetings, coaching discussions, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

This opportunity is open to graduates from any discipline with 4 to 7 years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a team lead position. Experience in NBFCs, banks, fintech companies, or business loan operations is strongly preferred. A good grasp of the customer journey and loan servicing processes is important for success in this role.
