Job description
Role Overview
This is a walk-in hiring drive for a telecalling role focused on upselling and debt collection. The position is based in Chennai and involves speaking with existing customers, promoting products or services, and handling pending payment follow-ups in a professional manner.
Compensation
The monthly earning potential is stated as ₹30,000 to ₹50,000. This includes a fixed take-home salary in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, along with performance-based incentives that can go up to ₹30,000 per month.
Training and Work Location
Training will be conducted in Kelambakkam, opposite VIT Chennai. The work location is Guindy, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing customers and clearly explain relevant products or services.
- Drive revenue by promoting additional offerings through upselling conversations.
- Track and follow up on unpaid dues and collection cases.
- Handle repayment discussions and settle on practical payment plans in a courteous way.
- Work toward daily objectives and assigned performance metrics.
Eligibility and Working Conditions
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have strong English communication skills and a goal-driven approach. Applicants must already be based in Chennai. Willingness to work on the last Sunday of every month is required, with a compensatory off provided. Knowledge of Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
Work Schedule
The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
