About the Role
House Construct is seeking an experienced Telecaller with 1 to 3 years of expertise to drive lead generation and bolster sales efforts for its residential construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound interactions, providing detailed information about services, qualifying potential clients, arranging site visits, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls to prospective customers to generate interest.
- Respond professionally to incoming customer queries.
- Provide clear explanations of residential construction offerings and projects.
- Identify qualified leads and arrange site visits accordingly.
- Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and regularly updated in the CRM platform.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to aid sales closure.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office applications and customer relationship management tools.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is compulsory; knowledge of Hindi is a helpful addition.
- Show a goal-driven mindset with a positive approach towards work.
