Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-focused Inside Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the real estate or residential construction sector. The role involves driving lead generation, engaging with prospects, and converting inquiries into site visits and confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls to produce qualified leads.
- Conduct follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to nurture prospects.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits for potential clients.
- Provide detailed information on project features, pricing structures, current offers, and payment options.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire sales process.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer information in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and site visit objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to deliver excellent customer support.
- Address and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales within real estate or residential construction.
- Excellent communication, persuasive, and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong skills in following up and managing customer relationships.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; proficiency in Hindi is an additional advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
