Telecaller - Real Estate

Role Overview

Vedika Hospitality is seeking an energetic Telecaller for its real estate vertical. The position is aimed at candidates who can speak confidently with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and help create qualified leads for premium property projects.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The working setup is remote initially, with work from home continuing until the candidate is formally asked to report to the office.

Experience and Compensation

The role is open to candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience. Freshers with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply. Pay will follow industry norms and will be aligned with the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance in the interview.

Core Duties

The selected candidate will contact prospective customers, explain project information and investment options, identify qualified leads, arrange site visits, and stay in touch with interested buyers. The role also involves updating customer information in the CRM and working toward lead generation and conversion goals.

Desired Skills

Candidates should bring strong spoken communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities. Basic computer knowledge is required, along with a positive, goal-focused attitude. Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be considered an added advantage.
