Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team and support clients based in the United States. Candidates with or without prior experience in international voice processes are welcome to apply, provided they possess exceptional English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calls targeting B2B customers located in the US, primarily through cold calling.
- Manage the entire sales process from the initial conversation, through negotiation, to successfully closing deals.
- Identify and seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional company services to clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Only applicants who are fluent and proficient in English will be considered.
- Must be willing to work in the night shift as per client requirements.
- Applicants with only medium, good, or intermediate English proficiency are not suitable for this position.
Compensation
The salary ranges between 22,000 and 40,000 INR per month.
Additional Information
The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and involves working onsite in alignment with the US client operations.
