About the Role
The Tele Debt Management Executive at Navi Limited is responsible for direct communication with customers to facilitate effective management of outstanding dues. The role involves devising feasible repayment plans, ensuring timely loan repayments, resolving payment-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and meeting performance goals while following all legal and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful debt collections and consistently meet performance metrics.
- Clearly inform customers about the implications of defaulting on loan repayments in a professional manner.
- Oversee and manage delinquent customer accounts to ensure resolution.
- Comply with collection procedures, legal standards, and quality benchmarks.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade or a bachelor's degree.
- At least six months of prior experience in debt collection or related roles is mandatory.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be attentive and maintain a professional appearance.
- Basic internet browsing and search engine skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
- DRA certification is preferred but not compulsory.
