Field Credit & Collection Officer

About the Role

KPS Micro Services Foundation in Meerut is seeking diligent and motivated Field Credit & Collection Officers to manage daily field operations and loan collections. The role involves direct interaction with customers in Meerut and surrounding localities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting daily visits to customers for loan recovery in the designated area through door-to-door collection efforts.
• Verifying new applicants by confirming their identity, residential address, and assessing their business or income sources.
• Ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue loans, maintaining professionalism and respect.
• Keeping accurate daily records of collections and entering updates into the company's system promptly.
• Depositing the collected cash at the office or bank on the same day of collection.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage on-time repayment.

Requirements

• Educational qualification: Minimum completion of 10th grade.
• Age range between 21 to 40 years.
• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license.
• Possession of a smartphone with basic operational knowledge.
• Local resident of Meerut within approximately 15 km from the office preferred.
• Basic literacy in English and Hindi reading.
• Prior experience in microfinance, NBFC, insurance, chit fund, or bank DSA collection preferred; however, fresh candidates possessing a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹10,800 to ₹13,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
• Allowances for petrol and mobile phone usage.
• Potential monthly earnings can reach up to ₹16,500 with incentives.
• Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with rotational weekly off.

Additional Information

• Selected candidates will be required to submit documents including Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, bank passbook, two passport-sized photographs, previous employment certificates or relieving letters, and two local references.
• Police verification and a local guarantor are mandatory prerequisites before joining.
• No fees are collected from candidates at any point in the recruitment process by the employer.
