About the Role

Nexera People Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to be based in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru. The monthly salary ranges between 18,000 and 20,000 INR. This position requires working six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telecalling outreach to potential customers sourced from Fundoo and Claude data.
• Conduct cold calls to new prospects identified via LinkedIn or Google searches.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for 1 or 2 zones supporting the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Operations Management (OM) teams.
• Track and maintain customer information across zones using Excel spreadsheets.
• Visit customers located within Karnataka as assigned (typically 1 or 2 associates will do on-site visits).
• Coordinate follow-ups regarding Delight Cards for customers in collaboration with the marketing department.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a personal phone available to conduct telecalling activities.
• Possess communication skills superior to other temporary associates.
• Be presentable and professional in demeanor.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru when necessary.
• Basic proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets to manage data.
