Job description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and aggressive Telesales Executive to join our commercial sales team based in our office. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process by engaging with potential customers over the phone and closing bulk deals from hot leads supplied by the company.
Key Duties
- Convert inbound leads provided daily by proactively calling and qualifying prospects to make high-volume sales.
- Directly handle deal negotiations including pitching product details, sending bulk quotations, addressing price concerns, and finalizing orders via phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with dealers to ensure repeat business, customer satisfaction, regular order follow-ups, and timely payment collections.
- Keep accurate and current records of calls made, quotations sent, and accounts managed using the company’s database system.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 10,000 to 17,000 INR.
