Teen Wellness Facilitator

Role Overview

The Teen Wellness Facilitator will play a key part in supporting the design, delivery, and facilitation of impactful wellness programs at the Jienzi Teen Transformation Academy. Collaborating closely with the Academy Director, this role aims to provide engaging and safe learning experiences that promote emotional health, personal development, healthy interpersonal connections, leadership qualities, resilience, and vital life skills for teens.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face sessions ensuring active participation and effective engagement.
• Mentor teens to guide their growth and support their individual journeys.
• Organize and manage interactive activities that reinforce learning concepts and contribute to program objectives.
• Assist in the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of Academy programs to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
• Exemplify professionalism, empathy, integrity, and leadership in all dealings to create a positive environment.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere where every teenager feels respected, supported, and motivated to thrive.
• Contribute significantly to shaping the culture and future direction of the Academy as part of the founding team.
