Technician, SCADA

Role Overview

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced SCADA Technician to support a major organization in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will handle the setup, upkeep, and fault resolution of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems so industrial operations and infrastructure continue to run smoothly and reliably.

What You Will Do

• Set up, configure, and keep SCADA hardware and software components running properly.
• Track system health to support uninterrupted and stable SCADA performance.
• Carry out SCADA monitoring and operational activities.
• Respond to faults and incidents, with support for PLCs, RTUs, communication links, network issues, alarm handling, and corrective as well as preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and apply system updates to maintain peak performance.
• Work with engineers and operations staff on improvements and system enhancements.
• Keep accurate records of SCADA configurations, maintenance work, and incident logs.
• Follow safety requirements and company policies at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• A technical diploma in control and instrumentation or industrial automation.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SCADA experience in an industrial setting.
• Practical knowledge of SCADA monitoring and operations.
• Experience with troubleshooting and incident response, including PLC/RTU support, communication and network support, alarm management, and corrective/preventive maintenance.
• Strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
• Clear communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented approach.
• Availability for flexible working hours and on-call support when required.
