Overview
Sutherland is actively recruiting experienced professionals for the role of Technical Customer Support in the International Voice Process. Candidates with at least six months of prior experience in international voice or technical support voice roles are encouraged to apply. The role demands excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical customer support queries through international voice communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain high standards of verbal and written English skills to effectively engage with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in an international voice or technical support voice environment.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Bright, articulate, and inquisitive individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Work Schedule and Location
- Five-day workweek with predominantly night rotational shifts.
- Work onsite at Sutherland's Chennai office located at A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
- Two-way cab transportation is provided within a 25 km radius depending on shift timings.
