Overview

Sutherland is actively recruiting experienced professionals for the role of Technical Customer Support in the International Voice Process. Candidates with at least six months of prior experience in international voice or technical support voice roles are encouraged to apply. Work Schedule and Location

• Five-day workweek with predominantly night rotational shifts.
• Work onsite at Sutherland's Chennai office located at A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
• Two-way cab transportation is provided within a 25 km radius depending on shift timings.
