Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to grasp job specifications and candidate profiles.
• Craft and implement sourcing strategies to discover quality technical talent.
• Leverage LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques for candidate engagement.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
• Create compelling job ads, outreach messages, emails, and maintain active communication with candidates.
• Organize candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment efforts and deliver consistent performance and sourcing reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or related capacity.
• Familiarity with diverse sourcing methods and recruitment platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Intermediate proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented personality with a proactive approach.
• Capable of managing tasks independently within a remote work environment.
