Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Talent Sourcer with at least one year of relevant experience, preferably with expertise in the US market. The position operates from 10 AM to 6 PM in Skopje, North Macedonia.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to locate active and passive candidates.
• Maintain a robust talent pool for difficult-to-fill and high-volume positions.
• Engage potential candidates through tailored outreach, conduct initial screenings, and represent the company culture and values positively.
• Create and manage a database for current and prospective hires.
• Keep up to date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience in talent sourcing.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effective verbal and written interactions.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing technologies and applicant screening techniques.
