Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Track and Trace Specialist to join our Skopje office, working first shift hours from 06:30 to 14:30, for a total of 40 hours per week. This role focuses on managing the shipment lifecycle and coordinating with carriers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate freight charges and handle shipment bookings with freight carriers.
• Monitor freight shipments throughout the entire journey, from pickup to final delivery.
• Choose reputable carriers to guarantee safe and efficient freight movement.
• Coordinate logistics operations by tracking load statuses and providing updates to customers on shipment progress.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of all logistics activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or carrier dispatch is preferred; however, candidates eager to learn in a dynamic environment are welcome.
• Fluency in English with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
