Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to assist in expanding our engineering team amid accelerated growth. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes simultaneously across multiple technical positions in engineering, product, and design. As an early member of our recruiting team, you will collaborate directly with engineering and talent leadership to establish foundational hiring strategies and structures suited for a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical job openings spanning engineering, product, and design departments.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand staffing requirements, align candidate profiles, and influence hiring choices.
• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, referrals, and innovative outreach methods.
• Manage concurrent recruitment projects ensuring superior candidate experience and process quality standards.
• Enhance recruiting operations by refining workflows, tooling, reporting mechanisms, and overall efficiency as the organization expands.
• Ensure meticulous upkeep of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data and maintain operational discipline in all recruiting activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth companies.
• Demonstrated background recruiting for technical roles within B2B SaaS enterprises.
• Proficient sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities with a proven ability to attract high-caliber technical professionals.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong process management skills.
• Effective communicator skilled in delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
• Data-driven approach with familiarity in managing recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics.

Compensation

The offered salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000 annually.
