Role Summary
This position involves leading the development and execution of recruitment strategies tailored to attract and secure top-tier diverse talent. The role requires managing candidate sourcing, selection, and offer processes. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to support Micron’s business growth and vision by identifying exceptional candidates.
- Source and recruit highly skilled external candidates through expert advice, staffing knowledge, and well-informed recommendations on hiring procedures.
- Collaborate closely with hiring teams and senior leadership to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
- Employ diverse sourcing methodologies using multiple tools, technologies, and networks to find the best talent.
- Maintain exceptional communication with candidates to ensure a superior interview and recruitment experience.
- Work with executives, HR divisions, and business leaders to comprehend organizational hiring demands and cultivate talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics, align them with strategic objectives, and communicate outcomes effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment strategy, process management, and execution, ideally within a global setting.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members and internal/external partners.
- Analytical skills to leverage metrics that influence recruitment decisions and processes.
- Track record of enhancing efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience in hiring.
- Demonstrated capability to succeed in dynamic, innovative, and rapidly evolving workplaces.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in a multinational technology company, especially in electronics manufacturing, storage, or memory sectors.
- Hands-on experience working with senior technical leadership recruitment, including in-house sourcing and managing third-party vendors.
- A motivator who is innovative, goal-focused, and excels in collaborative team environments.
