- Advance the transition towards AI-driven onboarding and integration workflows to simplify complexity and promote automated self-service options.
- Maintain stringent standards in reliability, security, scalability, and performance across APIs, identity frameworks, and checkout experiences.
- Cultivate an ownership culture where teams hold full accountability for product lifecycle, from development through operations.

- Experience in constructing platform products or intricate distributed systems, particularly in developer tools, APIs, SDKs, authentication mechanisms, commerce platforms, or checkout flows.
- Strong organizational skills to handle complex interdependencies, optimize delivery pipelines, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- A product-centric perspective able to balance technical excellence, user experience, business targets, and scalability for the long run.
- Ability to clearly communicate nuanced technical concepts to engineers, executives, and stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
- Experience in strategic product decision-making including setting priorities and managing trade-offs surrounding speed, scalability, and technical debt.
- Familiarity with API gateway concepts, API versioning, developer experience enhancements, single sign-on (SSO), permissions frameworks, merchant analytics, checkout infrastructure, and SDK-powered interfaces is highly advantageous.
- Builder mentality focused on modular, scalable solutions developed through continuous learning and incremental improvement.
