Role Overview
As a Technical Consultant focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will bring strong hands-on knowledge of IAM platforms, product suites, and connected downstream systems. You will combine technical depth with business understanding to design and deliver IAM solutions that fit client requirements and improve security outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will center on implementing IAM solutions, advising clients on IAM tools and practices, and supporting secure identity processes across applications and environments.
- Build and deliver IAM solutions that match client needs, including least-privilege access models and single sign-on implementations.
- Assess IAM challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide consulting support for integrating IAM services into wider application landscapes.
- Guide clients on choosing, configuring, customizing, implementing, and supporting IAM security products and platforms.
- Handle end-to-end user lifecycle provisioning and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Contribute to stronger client security by diagnosing IAM issues and helping stabilize production environments.
Skills and Expertise
The ideal candidate should have practical experience across identity and access management technologies, with the ability to apply product knowledge in real-world client settings.
- Strong understanding of IAM platforms, product suites, and associated downstream applications.
- Experience with IAM implementation, integration, and single sign-on solutions.
- Ability to configure, customize, and support IAM products in production environments.
- Capability to analyze and solve IAM-related technical and business issues.
- Knowledge of end-to-end user provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Ability to align access models with least-privilege security principles.
- Experience advising clients on security tooling and IAM solution selection.
- Exposure to integrating IAM capabilities into broader application portfolios.
