Tech Recruitment Sourcing Specialist - Global eCommerce

Role overview

This is a 12-month contract position supporting the e-commerce hiring team. The role focuses on sourcing technical talent for a fast-growing global e-commerce business and working closely with both local and international stakeholders. It is intended for someone who can help strengthen recruitment efforts as the team continues to expand.

What you will do

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for a range of complex technical searches using sourcing, screening, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify and engage technical professionals across different seniority levels.
• Develop a clear understanding of the business and manage relationships with internal partners such as HR and hiring managers, as well as external agencies.
• Create and execute new sourcing approaches, improve existing workflows, and support talent mapping and market research efforts.
• Help ensure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the process and represent the employer brand positively.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with research and sourcing methods, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work through large volumes of data to support hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment and manage several priorities at once.

Preferred background

• At least 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume tech hiring environment, either with a search firm or in an in-house recruiting team.

Important engagement details

This opportunity is offered through a third-party agency and is a temporary 12-month assignment. The agency will be the formal employer and will handle payroll and benefits. Although the work may be carried out at TikTok, the selected person will not be a TikTok employee.
