About the Role

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position for a Tech Recruiter, based remotely within Ireland. The role is integral to a dynamic, global talent acquisition team, focusing on attracting top-tier talent for Product, Engineering, and Design roles. You will be instrumental in building high-performing teams for a fully remote, globally distributed organization. The environment is fast-paced, high-volume, and mission-driven, demanding strong prioritization and execution skills. You will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at all stages. This position offers the chance to blend strategic hiring partnerships with hands-on recruitment, impacting the growth of world-class remote teams across various regions. You will also contribute to enhancing recruitment processes, tools, and overall efficiency within a modern, tech-enabled framework.

Accountabilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions, with a primary emphasis on Product, Engineering, and Design hiring in a high-growth setting.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to define workforce needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for all applicants.
  • Handle high-volume candidate pipelines, conduct screening, and present quality shortlists that align with job specifications and diversity goals.
  • Continuously seek to improve recruitment efficiency, focusing on reducing time-to-hire and optimizing workflows.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics to inform data-driven decisions and strategic recruitment planning.
  • Work with Talent Sourcers to proactively develop and maintain robust pipelines for challenging-to-fill positions.
  • Serve as a strong advocate for remote work culture and company values throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • A proven history of successfully recruiting for Engineering, Product, and/or Design roles at scale.
  • Capability to manage high-volume recruitment while upholding quality standards and prioritizing candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, GoodTime, BrightHire), with an aptitude for adopting AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • A solid understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively engage with engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for a global, distributed workforce.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with a firm commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices.

This role is managed by a partner company, who will handle all application processing and subsequent steps. All interviews and further assessments are managed directly by the hiring company's team.
