Role overview

As a Sanitation Team Member on the day shift, you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment. The role involves cleaning duties, operating sanitation equipment, and supporting the smooth flow of site operations through timely housekeeping and spill response.

Key duties

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing garbage, using the push scrubber, and handling empty pallets.
  • Run equipment such as the plastic film compactor, garbage compactor and cardboard compactor.
  • Respond quickly to spills and clean them up according to the correct product-specific procedures.
  • Use the right tools for the task, including a lifting platform when cleaning elevated areas.
  • Clean washrooms, the guardhouse and office spaces.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
