Role Overview

Embodying our core value of 'Getting Stuck In', the Team Member Plus role involves versatile support across various departments within the resort to enhance guest experiences. This position ensures no two days are alike, with duties spanning guest accommodation cleaning, and participation in sports, activities, food services, retail, bars, or the fairground. Flexibility to work across multiple areas may be required.

Training & Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship opportunities are available including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 courses. These will be discussed during recruitment for interested candidates.

Candidate Profile

We seek energetic, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy multitasking, learning new skills, and collaborating. Previous experience is not necessary; however, a positive attitude, energy, willingness to engage, and passion for guest service are essential. A comprehensive 90-day induction and a mentor will support you in your role. Relevant certifications such as FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence are advantageous.

Role Details

• Full-time employment
• 30 to 35 hours weekly over five days
• Includes evening and weekend shifts
• Live-in accommodation available for relocating employees
• Applicants must be over 18 years old
