Team Environment

You will be a member of the cafe service team reporting directly to the Cafe Managers and will be instrumental in providing a hospitable atmosphere and ensuring efficient completion of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver exemplary customer service following brand standards.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders in the POS system and handle billing procedures.
• Manage store operations including restocking and maintaining cleanliness in service and retail areas.
• Support daily activities such as packaging, inventory replenishment, and other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area at all times.
• Handle payments including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions accurately.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules as per operational requirements set by management.
