Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage strategies for various assigned products to align with business objectives and market demands.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate product development, deployment, and ensure cohesion among technical and business groups.
• Create implementation roadmaps for products, defining timelines, milestones, and optimizing resource use.
• Evaluate the consequences of changes on the ecosystem and lead change management initiatives for seamless integration.
• Guide and support a team of product managers and professionals, encouraging a performance-driven and learning-focused culture.
• Continuously seek process simplifications and drive business excellence to enhance efficiency sustainably.
• Monitor the benefits gained from product and project rollouts by tracking success metrics and optimizing outcomes.
• Identify potential operational risks, address critical challenges, ensure compliance, and maintain system integrity through root-cause analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA is preferred.
• Preferred additional certifications include Agile Transformation and Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®).
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills and Attributes

• Functional expertise in Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, DevOps, Digital Product Management, Prototyping, Technology Strategy Development, and User Experience (UX) Design.
• Core skills include Change Management, Digital Transformation, Data Storytelling, Design Thinking, Data Analysis, and Program Management.
• Leadership qualities such as strategic vision, decisive action, fostering collaboration, and accountability amidst challenges.

Preferred Exposure

• At least 4 years as a Product Manager with experience in developing and implementing digital product strategies globally.
• Experience handling digital product portfolios, applying design thinking frameworks, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Product Plan), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
