Team Member (Part Time)

About the Role

SKIMS is a product-led brand focused on redefining underwear, loungewear, and shapewear for the next generation. Known for setting fresh standards and shaping pop culture conversations, the brand is looking for a part-time Team Member to help bring its retail experience to life in London.

In this role, you will create a welcoming, high-energy store environment and deliver a polished customer experience. You’ll support shoppers through styling, product education, and personalized service while representing the brand’s mission and values. The position suits someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-moving setting, and is comfortable working across different areas of the store.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome each visitor with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine customer-first approach to create an inclusive and elevated shopping experience.
• Build confidence in the brand by learning product details, fit guidance, and sizing information so you can support customers thoughtfully.
• Maintain a premium retail presence through polished communication, refined selling habits, and strong body language, even in high-traffic moments.
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked while managing busy periods with speed and attention to the customer experience.
• Use store tools, team support, and available resources to stay calm, adapt to change, and handle challenges effectively.
• Move between different store zones as needed and respond positively to coaching, learning opportunities, and shifting priorities.
• Ask questions, absorb feedback, and look for practical ways to improve your performance day by day.
• Contribute energy and focus to every shift while helping the store work toward its goals and delivering strong customer service.
• Hold yourself to consistent standards of quality, reliability, and accountability.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully, listen actively, and help build a team culture based on trust and support.
• Celebrate individuality and help reinforce the brand’s inclusive mission through product knowledge, service, and enthusiasm.

Availability and Role Requirements

• You should be available on both weekdays and weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
• You must have at least 14 hours of open availability across Saturday and Sunday combined.
• At least one closing shift across the weekend is required.
• You must be available for 3 closing shifts.
• Applicants need to be 18 years of age or older.
• You should genuinely enjoy customer service and be motivated to help others.
• The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset are important.
• You should be open to learning, feedback, training, and additional responsibilities.
• Experience in retail, service, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
• You should be enthusiastic about SKIMS, its products, and its values.
• You must be able to stand and stay physically active throughout the full scheduled shift and remain accessible to customers at all times.
• You need to be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly during the shift.
• The role is intended for someone who is not looking to work as an influencer.

This position is based onsite in London, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a part-time basis.
