Job description
Role overview
This position supports the organization’s effectiveness agenda by helping run employee engagement, culture, wellness, and feedback initiatives for the business. The role works alongside the OE Lead to execute, monitor, and report on programs that align with business priorities and improve the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Help deliver organizational effectiveness programs designed to improve engagement, culture, and overall business effectiveness.
- Work with HR teams and business partners to coordinate and roll out employee engagement activities.
- Support the deployment and management of employee listening tools, including the VIBES engagement survey and other feedback channels.
- Compile employee feedback, review trends and themes, and assist in building reports and action trackers.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives as well as wellness programs in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring culture-building and employee experience activities across regions and functions.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, trackers, and MIS used to monitor the progress and impact of OE initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and governance of OE programs.
- Support communication and record-keeping for engagement, wellness, culture, and other OE activities.
- Help the OE Lead drive continuous improvement efforts and close action items arising from employee feedback and engagement work.
