Job description
Role overview
This position supports management information systems work for salaried personal loans and working capital at Kotak Mahindra Bank, with a focus on reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with monthly reporting activities.
- Work confidently with MS Access and MS Excel to manage data and reports.
- Understand business issues, spot improvement opportunities, and suggest practical solutions.
- Review data, track trends, and compare outcomes against expectations.
- Coordinate with different business groups and recovery teams to help drive corrective action on databases.
- Review, calculate, and process monthly and quarterly incentives for all business teams.
- Prepare and circulate productivity dashboards and trackers.
- Support automation initiatives for MIS processes.
Requirements
- Graduate candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of data and comfort working with large datasets.
- Practical experience with multiple database systems.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and complete work independently.
- Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
