Role Overview

Join our Brighton team as a full-time Team Member with required flexibility to work any day from Monday through Sunday. This position offers a competitive wage up to 50.25 per hour (including bonuses) without zero-hours contracts. As a Team Member, you will work in one of our attractive stores performing food preparation and customer service with a focus on food quality and safety.

Key Duties

• Prepare fresh ingredients, such as cutting fish and rolling maki to create itsu's signature dishes.
• Cook food carefully and precisely to maintain high standards.
• Ensure food quality and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.

Training and Growth

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided both through practical in-store learning and digital courses accessible via app and Academy. Completion of initial training qualifies for a bonus. itsu offers excellent growth potential, with many current managers and Academy staff having started as team members.
