Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member at Forrest Highway South, you will contribute significantly to maintaining an orderly and well-stocked store. Key tasks include merchandising, managing stock levels, and performing sales transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and reconciliation at shift end.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operational duties using your retail expertise.
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve store goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and precision in all tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work on weekends and overnight shifts as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in operating POS systems and managing cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including night and weekend shifts.
