Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, placing customers’ needs at the forefront and surpassing expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily retail operations, utilizing previous retail experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment.
- Maintain precise stock management through merchandising, inventory control, and managing stock levels.
- Handle point-of-sale operations and conduct cash reconciliations accurately at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to safety standards and demonstrate attention to detail in all operational activities.
- Be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and overnight hours as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and managing cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness and flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including overnight and weekend shifts.
