Role Overview

The Team Member (TM) - Financial Planning & Analysis will operate within the Finance and Accounts department based in Mumbai. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree and focuses on enhancing reporting accuracy, financial planning, and decision support for business units.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit precise monthly MIS reports and performance update decks to stakeholders and senior management on schedule.
• Present quarterly business reviews covering financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial, cost, and management accounting processes and reporting.
• Lead development of three-year rolling and annual operational plans aligned with shareholder goals.
• Collaborate with business and functional heads to drive the operating and business plan cycles.
• Monitor KPIs continuously, highlight deviations promptly, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide decision support by reviewing monthly/quarterly key performance drivers, evaluating financial viability of initiatives, and advising on achieving business objectives within budget.
• Redesign existing processes to boost efficiency and productivity, simplify reporting through automation, and implement industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring backup coverage for all activities.
• Pursue self-improvement by deepening understanding of ABFL’s business, enhancing accounting knowledge, and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
