As Team Manager, you will be a prominent leader visible on the sales floor, ensuring every client receives outstanding service, motivating the team, and managing seamless daily boutique operations aligned with CHANEL’s esteemed standards. This position serves as a critical conduit between the boutique staff and senior leadership, ensuring daily goals reflect the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the essential link connecting shopfloor staff and senior management.
• Take a leading role on the floor, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Report to Assistant Managers and Boutique Director, providing regular performance feedback and handling challenging situations effectively while celebrating team accomplishments.
• Inspire and encourage the team to consistently deliver the exceptional CHANEL client experience.
• Coach staff to maintain luxury standards in merchandising, visual presentation, packaging, and stock replenishment.
• Drive business goals by encouraging use of internal platforms for learning, clienteling, and service excellence.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of operational procedures and support the Fashion Advisor team accordingly.
• Report insights on sales performance, merchandising, and client experience enhancement plans to management.
• Promote a thriving team environment that supports success and fosters psychological safety through transparent communication.
• Lead by example to maintain a composed and professional boutique atmosphere.
