Team Manager - Area Manager Zonal Operations (Thane)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance ensuring timely policy issuance.
• Oversee bank reporting and Management Information System (MIS) activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and lead resolution efforts.
• Control financial leakages such as freelook periods and policy cancellations.
• Drive initiatives aimed at process improvements and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience or exposure in policy issuance, MIS management, audits, or bank coordination is preferred.

Skills Required

• Comprehensive understanding of operational processes and SLA management.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in MIS handling, preferably Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Problem-solving approach with an emphasis on continuous process enhancements.
