Position Overview
ICARE Buncrana is seeking a dedicated full-time Team Leader to join its iADULT Day Service, located in Ballymacarry, Buncrana, Co. Donegal (F93 XY61). This role emphasizes providing leadership and support to adults in a community-centered, person-focused environment. The position focuses on ensuring client safety, welfare, and facilitating their engagement in valuable activities that support independence and personal growth.
Key Duties
- Maintain the safety and welfare of adults attending the service.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and management teams.
- Plan and coordinate various events and activities tailored for adults.
- Implement the principles of New Directions and embrace a person-centered approach in all tasks.
