Role Responsibilities

As a Team Leader in our Concept Store in Regent Street, London, working 35 hours weekly, including shifts from early mornings to late evenings any day of the week, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional and inspiring shopping experiences for customers. Your duties are balanced across Customer engagement, colleague support, and operational procedures, including:

• Serving as a symbolic leader aiding store management and Sales Advisors in daily operations to consistently deliver top-notch customer service.
• Applying entrepreneurial mindset to continuously seek new sales growth opportunities.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of product handling and sales activities, swiftly adopting and applying new information.
• Following daily and weekly plans to meet sales targets, focus on commercial priorities, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Promoting cost-effective product care to maintain items in prime condition for sale.
• Keeping all sales floor and stockroom areas orderly and clean at all times.
• Overseeing efficient product flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor to guarantee product availability.
• Ensuring all procedures are adhered to at cash and service desks to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
