Role Overview
The Fill Team is vital to ensuring seamless store operations through maintaining fully stocked shelves, managing excess stock effectively, and upholding high standards of store presentation across multiple departments on the shop floor. We seek a motivated, organized, and proactive Team Leader to oversee this dynamic department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Fill Team daily, managing rostering and training activities.
- Monitor and control stock movement to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Background in inventory or stock management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle various priorities.
- Competent computer literacy with keen attention to detail.
- Physically fit to perform regular lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Possession of a current forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory.
Working Conditions
This role involves early morning shifts and requires working Tuesday through Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week. The position is physically demanding, suited to an energetic individual.
