Team Leader, Digital Business Banking Asset Products

Role overview

The Team Leader for Asset Products will be responsible for leading and encouraging a team of banking professionals to increase awareness, sales, and servicing of the bank’s digital asset offerings. The role focuses on products such as business loans, loan against property (LAP), and working capital solutions. It calls for a mix of team leadership capability, sound knowledge of lending products, and a customer-first mindset for digital banking services.

Requirements and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a similar discipline is required.
• Experience in banking or financial services, with a demonstrated record of achieving or surpassing targets for asset products, is expected.
• Prior exposure to a leadership or supervisory position is helpful, though it is not compulsory.
• You should have a solid grasp of banking rules and compliance standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal ability, and problem-solving skills are important for this role.
