SSC Services Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Team Leader for the Credit Card & Loan department, located in Noida, Sector 63 (B-20). The role involves leading a team to meet sales objectives while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and encourage a sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team productivity and performance metrics regularly.
• Manage escalations and assist team members in closing sales cases.
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and procedural guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily MIS and performance reports.
• Organize ongoing training and coaching sessions for team enhancement.
• Liaise with management to recommend and implement process improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Team Leader in Credit Card or Loan sales processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking and financial products.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
• Basic proficiency with CRM software, Excel, and MIS reporting tools.
• Focus on results and capability to drive team performance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹35,000, dependent on experience and performance.
