Team Leader - Banking Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Banking Sales Executive to join our expanding team at Airtel Payments Bank. The successful candidate will possess experience within the banking industry and demonstrate strong capabilities in customer acquisition and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with industrial zones, commercial centers, and business hubs to generate new leads.
• Onboard new customers for a variety of banking products and services.
• Facilitate opening of Salary and Savings Accounts as well as issuance of debit cards.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly targets for account acquisitions.
• Support overall business growth and increase revenue streams.

Eligibility Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the banking sector.
• Prior experience with account opening procedures is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with sales proficiency.
