Role Overview
We are inviting applications for the Team Leader position at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray's Zenzi Beach. This role involves overseeing guest service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and show them to their tables, providing relevant seating details.
- Clarify menu options, daily specials, and promotional offers while addressing dietary restrictions and allergy questions.
- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations.
- Deliver food and beverages professionally, process billing and payments using the MICROS system, and maintain seamless service flow.
- Collect guest feedback, address issues swiftly, and uphold high guest satisfaction during dining visits.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent; Hotel Management diploma is advantageous.
- 2 to 3 years of waiter/waitress experience in luxury hotel settings with proven service expertise.
- Familiarity with telephone handling and MICROS cashiering systems, along with basic computer skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) supplemented by teamwork, adaptability, reliability, meticulousness, and an enthusiastic approach.
