Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead/Lead Recruiter to oversee a team of US IT Recruiters, driving hiring success and meeting client demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of US IT Recruiters to fulfill hiring quotas and client expectations.
• Delegate job requirements, monitor team activities, and ensure timely closure of open roles.
• Source and assess qualified IT candidates for US client projects.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to enhance team performance and recruitment quality.
• Review resumes rigorously and enforce compliance with client standards.
• Liaise with Account Managers and clients to clarify hiring needs and priorities.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics regularly and compile reports.
• Optimize usage of ATS, job boards, and recruitment technologies.
• Manage escalations and recruitment issues, fostering procedural improvements.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and develop robust talent pipelines.
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
• Stay informed on US IT market trends, recruitment strategies, and new tools.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
• Past experience in recruitment, team leadership, or client coordination is advantageous.
• Proven ability to mentor and ensure timely accomplishment of recruitment targets.

Job Details and Additional Information

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent position.
• Location: Jaipur, India (On-site).
• Working Hours: Night shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (equivalent to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST).
• Female employees working night shift will have access to cab facilities.

Educational Eligibility

Candidates with qualifications such as B.Sc in Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology, IT & Data Analytics; B.C.A. in any specialization; B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Business Systems, IT, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science are eligible.
