Role overview
Amazon is looking for a Team Lead to support transportation and delivery center operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on managing shift activities, helping the Delivery Center Manager with performance tracking, and contributing to the operational plan for the site.
What you'll do
- Coordinate smooth day-to-day functioning of transportation operations at the Mumbai center.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery flow from the delivery station to the customer’s address.
- Make sure the delivery team has enough capacity to handle peak-period demand.
- Improve delivery processes on an ongoing basis to maintain and raise performance levels.
- Manage team activities, monitor cost usage, and keep overall losses under control.

- Ability to solve problems creatively with limited resources is important.
