An established construction company is looking for a Team Administrator to support its busy HR team in Brisbane’s south side. This position suits someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a mix of tasks each day.
In this role, you will help keep HR processes running smoothly by providing dependable administrative, coordination, and project support across a range of people-focused activities and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inboxes, calendars, diaries, and meeting arrangements
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as needed
- Keep HR systems, databases, and employee information accurate and current
- Support the HR team with administrative work linked to projects and wider initiatives
- Draft reports, documents, presentations, and business correspondence
- Assist with improving processes and following established compliance requirements
- Help coordinate the team and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Balance several priorities and deadlines within a complex business setting
