Role overview

An established construction company is looking for a Team Administrator to support its busy HR team in Brisbane’s south side. This position suits someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a mix of tasks each day.

In this role, you will help keep HR processes running smoothly by providing dependable administrative, coordination, and project support across a range of people-focused activities and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inboxes, calendars, diaries, and meeting arrangements
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as needed
  • Keep HR systems, databases, and employee information accurate and current
  • Support the HR team with administrative work linked to projects and wider initiatives
  • Draft reports, documents, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Assist with improving processes and following established compliance requirements
  • Help coordinate the team and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Balance several priorities and deadlines within a complex business setting
