Role overview

A rapidly expanding technology company in Brisbane is seeking a Communications and Content Specialist to help shape the voice, visibility and community of a business changing the medical aesthetics space. This is a newly created role based at the company’s Newstead office, offering the chance to take ownership of the brand’s communications from the outset.

What you will do

You will oversee social media, content creation, email marketing and brand asset development while working directly with the founders. The role also involves attending events, conferences and activations to capture and create content that reflects the business in a polished, engaging way.

Social media and content

  • Manage six channels across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for both the business and founder profiles.
  • Plan, film, edit and publish visually strong and human-centred content, including coverage from the office and live industry events.
  • Create pre-event campaigns that build awareness and encourage engagement before conferences and product launches.
  • Monitor emerging platform trends and contribute fresh ideas, with room to explore additional channels such as TikTok.

Email marketing and CRM

  • Create and run segmented email campaigns for three separate customer groups, tailoring messaging and tone to each audience.
  • Use HubSpot to build campaigns, support CRM activity and maintain consistent brand presentation.
  • Develop professional email creative, PDFs and other sales and customer success collateral.

Brand and content production

  • Write engaging copy for blogs, emails, social media and internal materials, with a target of three published blogs each month.
  • Design on-brand digital assets for campaigns, events and product launches using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Partner closely with the founders to turn their insights, stories and perspective into written and video content.
